Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for German-speaking customers seeking automotive services and support.
• Address customer inquiries related to vehicle maintenance, service options, and products.
• Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and explain the procedures clearly.
• Effectively resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Provide information about warranties, promotions, and service packages to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive field, is preferred.
• Effective problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer experiences.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer inquiries.
• Knowledge of automotive products and services is beneficial.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
