Your key responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, assisting with reservations, and effectively addressing any customer concerns. Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, policies, and airline services.
• Document all interactions with customers in the support database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Previous experience in the airline or travel industry is an advantage.
• Ability to manage stressful situations while maintaining professionalism.
• Outstanding time-management and multitasking skills.
• A passion for travel and a fundamental understanding of airline operations is beneficial.
• Familiarity with customer service software and flight reservation systems is a plus.
