What you will do:

  • Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers
  • Answering how-to questions about payment
  • Troubleshooting streaming and content issues
  • Assisting subscribers with howto questions & navigating on Netflix

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in German
  • C1/C2 English skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant customer care experience
  • General understanding of online marketing products/services being supported
  • Excellent communication skills
  • EU Passport
  • Relocation to Greece
