Key Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Lead and provide direction in achieving the national strategy and ensuring program quality in the processes of diagnosis, design, monitoring, evaluation, and learning; enhancing talent and visualizing sustained impact on the well-being of the most vulnerable children.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the continuous process of planning, monitoring, and evaluation of the National Strategy.
  • Based on global, regional, and CA4 Cluster guidelines: Coordinate the monitoring of indicators and continuous evaluation of the national strategy.
  • Lead processes of Diagnosis, Design, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning: Continuous updating of information to map territories for growth or evaluation for donors and support offices.
  • Lead continuous improvement and innovation processes.
  • Participate and ensure collaboration in the design of project proposals.

Education:

  • Professional in Social Sciences, Administrative Sciences, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate specialization in research and development.

Knowledge of strategic and operational planning.

  • Innovation and Strategic Capability
  • Oral and written communication techniques.
  • Conflict resolution techniques.
  • Capacity for analysis and synthesis.
  • Management of popular education techniques and strategic planning.
  • Advanced knowledge of English.
  • Knowledge and management of participatory methodologies with children and adults.

Experience:

  • Experience in community development projects and community organization.

Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in formulation, planning, administration, and evaluation of development programs and projects.
