Genesys CTI Consultants
•    Working Experience in Genesys contact center applications, with indepth development work experience in Genesys framework components.
•    Should have worked specifically on implementing Genesys based Inbound solutions
•    Experience in GVP
•    Very strong in programming in Genesys Framework that includes Genesys GUI’s, Composer and Genesys IRD.
•    Multi-site, multi-channel implementation/design work experience
•    Work experience on architecting Genesys based contact center solutions with Genesys components is required.
•    Knowledge on Genesys eServices, Genesys Outbound solutions , Genesys Reporting
•    Well-developed sense of urgency and follow through.
•    Experience with Windows Server and Linux Server installations and Administration
