Salary up to £100.000 per annum

Flexible working – Early / Late sessions

Location: Reading / Braintree / Bedford / Witham / Chelmsford / Southend-on-Sea

Our client is looking for General Practitioners to work within their multidisciplinary teams, we are looking for newly qualified and experienced GP’s.This is a company whom have strong company values an enviable reputation and offer fantastic company benefits

Can you deliver a high standard of evidence based patient centred care and are used to working in a fast paced dynamic environment in terms of patient flow? Are you an innovator whom has a passion for patient care? Practices are all non-partner based practices where all GP’s share an equal opportunity to improve the care delivered and full registered with the GMC.

Duties will include:

·Provide clinical assessment and diagnosis to patient’s requirements and make timely decisions regarding future management

·You will be able to provide highly specialist resource to other healthcare staff and patients

·Be conversant with a traditional practice and also have the dynamics to provide consistent high quality care and treatment whilst increasing choice and reducing waiting times

·You will work autonomously but will have the support of other GP’s; you will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate interventions / treatments for patients

·Prescribe and review medications, Diagnose and manage acute conditions, Provide information and advice on prescribed or over the counter medicine

·Conduct home visits, referrals, signposting and interpreting x-rays
