General Manager Operation

Our client is a leading logistics and supply chain management solutions provider operating in the Oil and Gas, Energy and aviation sectors, with operations in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Abuja and Accra, Ghana. The company has core competences in the provision of comprehensive product handling services, which includes but not limited to creating customized logistics solutions, providing required infrastructure and equipment, inventory and stock management as well as 3rd and 4th party logistics services.

We are in search of qualified persons to occupy the following executive positions in the company:

The ideal candidate must be a very knowledgeable, efficient and highly driven individual, an experienced logistics professional providing leadership and mentoring for employees in the logistics organization, and having overall accountability for all activities at storage and aviation terminals.

Reporting to the managing director, the candidates must have substantial experience in logistics operations and managements, aviation terminal operations, maintenance and health safety, and environmental compliance at terminals.

• Strong technical academic background-first degree in engineering with any higher degree and relevant certification.
• At least 10 years of practical experience in deport/oil terminal management or similar field or oil and gas. Relevant experience in the petrochemical and aviation sectors or an operational complex environment. Experience must include 5 years as a manager of a sufficiently sized operation
