Job Summary Camden’s General Managers have overall responsibility for the financial and sales performance and people function of a multifamily portfolio comprised of two or more communities and/or our most complex, high NOI communities. With overall responsibility for both asset and people management, General Managers directly supervise Camden’s Operations and Sales Managers and indirectly supervise the sales and maintenance teams. They will attract, guide, develop and mentor high performing teams that provide Living Excellence, one experience at a time. General Managers must be strong leaders, with industry knowledge and the ability to utilize creative and strategic methods to maximize community income, occupancy and NOI.
