An exciting award winning restaurant group with restaurants covering the UK, are currently seeking a General Manager in one of their popular London sites.

General Manager duties:-
- Work closely with the Operations Manager
- Ensure your customers and your staff are looked after extremely well within the busy, fast paced and high volume establishment
- Along side the management team, training and develop your team
- Opening and closing
- Stock control and ensuring your restaurant is reaching / exceeding financial budgets and targets Planning rota's
- Ensuring the restaurant and staff adhere to company policies and H&S / F&H regulations
General Manager requirements:-
- Previous experience as a General Manager within a high volume / quality food and beverage restaurant
- Have a strong management and customer focused background
- Love people whether customers or staff and be prepared to go above and beyond the customers expectations
- Have a positive and confident attitude
- Be extremely observant and a brilliant problem solver / solutions person
- Have the ability to work under pressure whilst being a brilliant motivator and inspiring your team within a professional but fun environment
