GENERAL MANAGER

A strong and upward food producing company.

The ideal candidate for this position should not be more than 45 years.

A good degree in any social sciences related discipline(Minimum degree). An MBA together with other proven professional qualifications will be an added advantage

At least 10 years work experience which at least 7 years must have been at managerial levels

Taking responsibility for higher level planning of the organization's day to day activities

Taking responsibility for the overall strategic planning and direction of the organization.

Ability to support the Executive Management team in the achievement of organization's objectives

Ability to successfully implement the policies, decisions, orders and resolutions of the organization as directed by its board of directors and exercise general operation and administrative supervision over the authority. Render support in the hiring/training and managing of the organization's staff strength.
