Key responsibilities

• Lead the existing team and add new team members.
• Drive revenue and profitability, holding full P&L responsibility.
• Advise on and manage CAPEX projects, ensuring investments align with business priorities and brand standards.
• Deliver a world-class guest and member experience that reflects Aethos’ ethos and values.
• Partner with the corporate team to implement strategic initiatives and continuously improve performance.
• Ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment between Rooms, F&B and Events.
• Prepare and submit all required reports accurately and on time.
• Foster innovation, encourage ideas, and act as an ambassador of Aethos culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and local regulations.
• Represent the property in the local community, building relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee and grow the Aethos Club membership base, developing engaging experiences and strong relationships with members.

What you bring

• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 5 years of hospitality management experience, including experience leading multi-department teams.
• Strong understanding of F&B and Rooms operations.
• Commercially driven with the ability to identify and act on revenue and efficiency opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to inspire, delegate, and engage teams.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on leadership style with genuine passion for hosting and human connection.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and events as required.
• Upholds confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism at all times.
