General Maintenance Technician

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The General Maintenance Technician will support the daily operation and upkeep of our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of preventative maintenance, repairs, and general facility improvements to ensure a safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and capable of troubleshooting and resolving a variety of maintenance issues across the facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Perform general repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.)
• Respond to maintenance requests across departments
• Assist with equipment setup, movement, and installation
• Support facility organization, cleanliness, and upkeep
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Assist with small construction or improvement projects

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or handyman
• Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to issues
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Forklift or equipment operation experience
