Schedules:

• Day shift schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00AM to 5:30PM 
• Night shift schedule: Monday to Thursday, 5:30PM to 4:00AM

Compensation: Competitive wage: $22.07 to $22.62/hour 

Your role
As a Production Laborer, you play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Techo-Bloc’s quality standards. On a daily basis, you will:

• Inspect concrete products (quality, shape, color, consistency)
• Remove defective products and replace them with compliant pieces
• Sort, package, wrap, and prepare products for shipping
• Transport raw materials and finished products, manually or using equipment
• Assist machine operators with daily tasks
• Clean machines and maintain a clean and safe work environment

Profile we’re looking for
This is a physically demanding position that requires precision and reliability. You are:

• Punctual and dependable — being on time is essential for production
• Comfortable lifting and moving up to 23 kg (50 lb) regularly
• Able to stay focused during 10-hour shifts
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
• A strong team player with a solid work ethic

This is a physically demanding position. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (23kg). Manual dexterity, teamwork, hand-eye co-ordination and a combination of sitting, standing and walking required.
