General Gastroenterology Opportunity in Dallas
Methodist Medical Group (MMG) a premier physician-led organization affiliated with Methodist Health System in Dallas, Texas, is actively seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Gastroenterologist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be a board-certified or board-eligible, General Gastroenterology Physician to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled surgeon who is passionate about providing care for Gastroenterological conditions and will specialize in diagnosis and treatment, including both operative and non-operative care.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, colonoscopy, and upper endoscopy
- Manage a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions, such as inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, GERD
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in on-call rotations
- Engage in continuous professional development and stay current with the latest advancements in gastroenterology
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology
- Current and unrestricted Texas medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Completion of an accredited Gastroenterology fellowship program
- Experience with a variety of endoscopic procedures
- Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
