General Construction Laborer

Job Overview

We are hiring a General Construction Laborer to support ongoing construction projects in the Salinas area. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable with physical work and assisting across various job-site tasks. Duties may vary depending on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties including heavy lifting, digging, cleaning, and site preparation
• Assist skilled trades and supervisors as needed
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Follow safety procedures and job-site rules
• Support daily construction operations as assigned

Requirements

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Preferred (Not Required)

• Familiarity with basic construction tools
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
