  • Manage all General Cashier functions, including cash collections, petty cash, cash floats, bank deposits, and cash reconciliations.
  • Verify and reconcile daily cash receipts from all hotel revenue outlets.
  • Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, wages, overtime, service charge, and other employee payments.
  • Ensure payroll calculations comply with company policies and Thai labor regulations.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, employee deductions, tax, social security, provident fund, and other statutory contributions.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare payroll-related journal entries.
  • Maintain strict internal controls over cash handling and payroll confidentiality.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll and cash discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations and reports for cash and payroll accounts.
  • Coordinate with People & Culture, Finance, and department heads to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, external audits, and internal control reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with Accor policies, financial procedures, and statutory requirements.
  • Continuously improve cash management and payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a General Cashier, Paymaster, or Payroll Officer in an international hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, cash management, and accounting principles.
  • Experience with hotel PMS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in both Thai and English.
