What We're Looking For

Technical or Scientific Individual Contributor:

• Scientists pushing the boundaries in protein engineering, biologics, bioinformatics, or synthetic biology.

• Engineers with deep experience in automation, AI/ML for biology, or high-throughput experimentation.

Company Builder:

• Operators and Builders who’ve helped scale biotech or tech companies—from ops and finance to legal and people.

• Commercial Thinkers who can translate technology into partnerships, business models, and impact.
