Job Description Summary: As a GEL Technician, you will support lab activities by maintaining and calibrating equipment, managing spares, procuring parts, handling inventory logistics, performing housekeeping, undertaking minor projects, conducting audits, and driving continual improvements. You will work collaboratively with team members to ensure a safe and efficient lab environment.

• Procurement: Handle the procurement of parts and materials needed for lab operations.
• Inventory Logistics: Oversee inventory logistics, ensuring accurate tracking and management.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized lab environment.
• Minor Projects: Undertake minor projects to improve lab operations and efficiency.
• Audits: Participate in lab audits and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Continual Improvement: Identify and implement continual improvement initiatives to enhance lab processes.

Education Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instruments, or related subjects.

Skill Requirements (Example of related skill as below):

• Equipment Training: Proficient in training on lab equipment and ensuring proper usage.
• Failure Analysis: Skilled in analyzing equipment failures and determining root causes.
• Laboratory Analysis: Capable of conducting various laboratory analyses to support lab activities.
• Reliability Testing: Experienced in performing reliability testing to ensure equipment and process robustness.
• Burn-In: Knowledgeable in burn-in processes to test the durability and performance of equipment.
