Our Global Business Services (GBS) Americas organization delivers shared services and transformation initiatives across Finance, HR, Procurement, Technology, Customer Service and other corporate functions. We're looking for a Global Project Manager to join our GBS Americas team and lead complex transformation initiatives across Finance and corporate functions.

This role will focus on business process migrations and operational transitions into a Global Business Services environment, partnering with regional and global stakeholders to standardize processes, improve efficiency and enable sustainable service delivery.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with hands-on experience in Shared Services / GBS environments, particularly supporting finance process transitions such as Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), or Record to Report (R2R).

In this role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end migration projects, from transition planning and design through implementation and stabilization.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, Technology and Business functions.
• Partner with global and regional teams to transition processes into the GBS Americas model.
• Drive governance routines, reporting and decision-making with senior stakeholders.
• Identify risks and challenges during migration activities and implement mitigation plans.
• Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices within the GBS PMO.

You will work with teams across the Americas and global GBS locations, gaining exposure to large-scale transformation initiatives in a multicultural environment.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects, preferably within Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services Centers (SSC), or large multinational environments.
• Proven experience leading finance process migrations, transitions or transformations into a GBS/SSC environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of one or more finance processes:
  • Order to Cash (O2C)
  • Procure to Pay (P2P)
  • Record to Report (R2R)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of transition management, process standardization and operational excellence.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• PMP®, PRINCE2®, Agile/Scrum or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Language

• English B2+ required. Daily collaboration with global stakeholders is expected.
