Gateway Manager PRS / HKG

Responsible for daily management of Air Gateway according to the GCA Air’s business strategy, this role will implement the tactics locally and ensure to achieve the business target, also coordinate and optimize the resources to lead to optimize cost/ANR and solution of airfreight product. Optimizing the process and structure of Gateway to ensure daily operation excellence.

• Execute Global Air Gateway strategy & initiatives in District. 
• Responsible for overall operation management in District.
• Airlines & vendors services and procurement cost leadership
• ULD / Consolidation % optimization per trade lane target  
• Implement KPI to monitor productivity of operation staff. 
• Responsible for budget on tonnage & volume through effective implementation and management. 
• Provide leadership and management of the logistics team in the cluster, driving strategy whilst ensuring high employee morale and motivation. 
• Represent and promote GCA Air with all necessary local trade associations, government and regulatory bodies. 
• Actively champion and promote improvements in the organization 
• Work with Human Resources on talent management, people development and succession planning initiative
