What you'll be doing...

Supporting the drive to position ASOS globally as a leading Fashion brand through garment development, trend adaptation & sustainability initiatives. 

  • Managing the critical path from end to end. 
  • Working closely with factories, garment manufacturers, and suppliers to negotiate the best prices, delivery lead times, and quality standards. 
  • Coordinating with buying and design teams to organize buying trips in collaboration with suppliers. 
  • Ensuring product quality and working with the technical team by reviewing fits, workmanship, and fabric performance, taking proactive measures to solve production issues for ontime shipment. 
  • Supporting and offering ideas for new production processes & best practices aligned with ASOS’s Commercial Strategy and Sustainability goals. 
  • Researching & presenting regular trend updates, sourcing new manufacturing techniques, trims, and embellishments as appropriate ahead of the season. 
  • Collaborating with the Sustainability and Ethical Teams to work towards the  targets and maintain full transparency of production origins. 

Who we'd like to meet...

  • Experience in garment manufacturing, sourcing, or production, preferably in a multi-product supplier or at a retailer (buying, merchandising, or product development). 
  • Strong ability to present ideas, trends, or reports effectively to stakeholders. 
  • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills with experience managing multiple suppliers. 
  • Good knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting. 
  • Understanding of PLM systems and production tracking would be a plus.
