Job Description

Future Bankers Program (FBP) is 6 month program aimed at early-career talents who are keen to take on sales role in banking industry. The program has been designed to provide you with an comprehensive banking knowledge and experience in banking business process. You will learn many aspects of knowledge related to designated position in banking industry and develop core competencies and technical skills which will fast-track your career as a banker.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor from reputable university with minimun GPA 3.00
• Fresh graduates or have working experience maximum 2 years
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
• Having strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Having good business acumen, analytical, & problem solving ability
