Job Description

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Info Systems discipline.
• Minimum of 6+ years of related work experience in an operational role and some project and/or change management experience.
• Experience in a high-change, rapidly growing business is a plus.
• Strong relationship building ; Effective communicator that works well in a collaborative team setting
• Exceptional ability to gather, organize and evaluate any information or data needed as input from stakeholders and the development team to determine requirements and specifications.
• CAN DO attitude ; Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, and priorities and complete objectives on time.
• Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, conflict/resolution management, active listening, time management, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to process development and change execution.
• Ability to interact with all levels of business users across functional teams (end- users/executives).
• Flexible to support in different time zones.

Role & Responsibilities

• 6+ yrs of experience in NetSuite Implementation & Enhancement projects with thorough knowledge of NetSuite functionalities and architecture 
• Experience in Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis with business users or stakeholders to understand, document, and validate their business processes, needs, and challenges. 
• Demonstrated experience in participating and translating customer business requirements into Business solutions, either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiative
• Experience in translating business expectations into detailed functional requirements and specifications.
• Responsible for owning and delivering complex solutions using Oracle NetSuite platform.
• Conduct personalization sessions and document with meeting minute summaries.
• Configure/customize NetSuite application to meet customer’s business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical team member(s) to help guide the development of customized solutions, or data extracts using SQL queries
• Identify test scenario’s, establish test cases and support SIT, UAT with core client stakeholders to ensure system configuration objectives have been met 
• Create training/support documentation, and drive end-user training to promote user adoption 
• Support the “Go Live” deployment processes, ensuring a seamless software launch and continuity of business operations during cutover Software-testing and Conduct testing of all kinds and prepare test cases of the modules implemented and developed.
• Suggest process improvements based on application capability and industry best practices.

• NetSuite Processes: Order to Cash | Procure to Pay | Bank Reconciliation | Accounting | Advanced Revenue management |Fixed Asset | Intercompany Management
• Form Customizations & Fields Creation
• Custom Records
• CSV Imports
• Work-Flows
• Saved Searches & Report Customization
• Integration process
• MappingTest and Deploy NetSuite customizations and new functionality based on changing business need
• Create functional Design document, User Manuals and Business Process documentation for all processes.
• Experience in providing training to client and conducting UATs.
