Functional Analyst (PM | SAP IS-Oil) - Saudi Arabia

Eram Talent is seeking a skilled and experienced Functional Analyst – SAP IS-Oil (PM) to support the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of SAP solutions within the Oil & Gas domain. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into SAP functionalities and solutions.

Requirements

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business users to understand operational needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Analyze business processes and map them to SAP IS-Oil and SAP PM functionalities.
• Lead and support the implementation of SAP IS-Oil solutions, ensuring proper integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Provide post go-live support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
• Handle day-to-day user queries and system-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications (FS documents) and collaborate with technical teams to develop and deliver customized solutions.
• Conduct end-user training sessions for different business roles to ensure effective system utilization.
• Mentor and train junior consultants, enhancing team capability in SAP IS-Oil.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across modules such as MM, SD, and FI/CO.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP IS-Oil and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
• Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations (at least 1–2 end-to-end projects preferred).
• Experience in Oil & Gas industry projects is highly desirable.
• Expertise in business requirement analysis and functional documentation.
• Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO).
• Experience in post go-live support and enhancement projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
