Job responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Platform Engineering team focused on Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing Microsoft 365 platform performance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 services with existing systems.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 infrastructure.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in platform engineering.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners to enhance service delivery.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading platform engineering teams, specifically in Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, services, and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Certifications in Microsoft 365 or related technologies are highly desirable.
