Centerville Post Acute is looking for compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our night shift team. If you are passionate about providing quality care and want to work in a supportive environment, we would love to meet you!

Shift:

🕖 Full-Time Nights — 7PM to 7AM

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio LPN License
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate and resident-focused attitude
