• Responsible for the flow of service from the kitchen to insure all Guests receive their preferences in both food and beverages. 
• Works with professionalism and knowledge of basic food offerings and menu content.
• Keep the restaurant properly cleaned and set up to meet resident expectations.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and focus on the customer
• Ability to accurately enter food and beverage orders into POS, track and claim tips and assist in reporting at the end of the shift
• Practices open communication with management and the team to ensure process improvement and service excellence
• Demonstrates a commitment to the company culture and mission

Hill Country Golf & Guitar and the Six String Grill seek to be a family-friendly environment first.  We will serve all ages, but our guiding philosophy will be to provide a safe and fun environment for young people and families to share experiences and make memories in a positive environment. 

The company also believes that, as a member of the local community, we must develop a sustainable business practice supporting local schools and community goals.  It will be part of our business model to support schools both financially and materially through fundraisers and events.
