Full-Stack Engineer

We're looking for a talented Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You’ll take full ownership of core systems, from data models to production deployments. You’ll play a crucial role in building features that power sophisticated ad campaigns reaching millions of people globally.

Responsibilities:

• Backend Mastery.
• Architect, implement, and operate our Node.js + TypeScript services – data models through CI/CD – without hand-holding.
• Front-End Craftsmanship.
• Ship React components using hooks and state libs, nail pixel-perfect UIs, and squash cross-browser quirks.
• LLM Feature Integration.
• Design prompts, manage streaming, and build rate-limit/cost controls around GPT-class models.
• End to End Feature Lifecycle.
• Take features from spec → prototype → code → deploy → monitor, owning each step without hand-holding.

Requirements

• C1 English or equivalent
• Strong experience with Node.js (Express, Nest.js), Typescript, and Next.js for both front-end and back-end development.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools/workflows and ability to integrate AI into development processes effectively.
• Comfortable working with cloud platforms, APIs (especially Facebook Marketing API), and debugging with minimal documentation.
• Highly autonomous and self-directed, with a problem-solving mindset and willingness to ask questions when needed.
• Curious and self-taught with new technologies, especially in the AI/ML space; stays ahead of emerging trends.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment, balancing speed with high-quality code delivery.
• Previous experience in small teams/startups preferred; adaptable to working with distributed teams across time zones.
• Familiarity with Facebook APIs and marketing platforms is a strong plus.
