Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Acme is disrupting the multi-billion dollar virtualization market by pioneering the first converged compute and storage virtualization appliance that can incrementally scale out to manage petabytes of data, while running tens of thousands of virtual machines. We have the vision to become a platform for the data center wherein any developer can create bite-sized innovations on our manageability product. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop software for managing virtual infrastructure and container frameworks.
• Design and implement robust REST APIs and SDKs to be used by the front-end.
• Design and implement UI frameworks for the manageability product provided by the design team.
• Develop new modes of interacting with the Acme cluster by creating SDK for containers
• Ability to write scripts and tools for development and debugging

Requirements:

• Love of programming.
• Solid experience of JavaScript, HTML5 and latest UI technologies is a plus.
• Experience with NodeJS, Java, Python is a plus.
• Knowledge of container (Docker, CoreOS) and virtualization (VMWare, KVM, or Hyper-V) a plus.
• Experience with web servers and REST APIs a plus.
• Experience in working in linux environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science
• 3+ years of industry experience
