Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle to create seamless and efficient solutions. The workday includes collaborating with team members to understand client needs, exploring innovative technologies, and applying agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software that enhances client services. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and adaptation to evolving business challenges within a cloud-first environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve system performance and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with backend development including RESTful APIs and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment processes.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies and version control systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
