Job Description

Summarized Purpose:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to build production-ready web applications with React/Next.js, Node.js, JavaScript, AWS, AI-assisted development, and SQL/Oracle databases.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack application development with exposure to AI/LLM-enabled application features

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive user interfaces using React/Next.js and CSS frameworks such as MUI or Bootstrap
• Build backend services and APIs using Node.js and JavaScript, with clean integration to frontend applications
• Design, develop, and consume APIs that support polished user experiences and business workflows
• Use AI assistants and agentic tools such as Codex or ChatGPT to accelerate development, debugging, and code review
• Work with SQL databases such as MySQL and Oracle, including querying, data validation, and basic schema understanding
• Design, deploy, and support AWS infrastructure using EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Auto Scaling Groups, and Security Groups, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable application environments.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering teams using GitHub workflows, Agile practices, and release discipline

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong hands-on experience with React/Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern component-based frontend development
• Experience with Node.js backend development, REST APIs, service integration, and production support
• Working knowledge of AI-assisted development tools such as Codex or ChatGPT for coding, debugging, and task acceleration
• Experience querying and working with relational databases, including MySQL and Oracle
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud deployment concepts is preferred
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, debugging, and communication skills

Must Have Skills:

• React/Next.js and JavaScript frontend development
• Node.js backend application development
• API development and consumption across frontend and backend systems
• SQL database experience, preferably with MySQL and Oracle

Good to Have Skills:

• AWS infrastructure or deployment experience
• Exposure to Java/Spring, with ability to learn on the job
• Experience with MUI, Bootstrap, or similar UI frameworks

Working Hours:

• India: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST
• Philippines: 03:30 PM to 12:30 AM PHT
