Requirements: 

• Have been developing high performance web applications for 2+ years

• Are an expert in at least one server-side platform such as Asp.Net, J2EE, Ruby on Rails, or Node.js

• Are well versed in modern Web UI practices with JavaScript, HTML 5, and CSS 3, with a framework such as jQuery, Backbone, or AngularJS

• Know relational databases (and preferably a non-relational database as well)

• Are used to working in Scrum teams

• Are passionate about code quality

• Have a BS degree or higher
