Full Stack Developer

💻 We Are Hiring - Full Stack Developer | 100% Remote

We are looking for a mid-level Full-Stack / Product Developer to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week initially). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working within existing products, understands modern JavaScript frameworks, and can independently execute clearly defined work.

Rather than building applications entirely from scratch, you'll help extend and improve products that are already underway, working closely with our team to bring features to production-ready quality and continuously enhance them over time.

Our development workflow is AI-assisted, so you should be comfortable using tools such as Claude Code to improve productivity and accelerate development.

Responsibilities:

• Work within existing Node.js, Next.js, and React applications.
• Develop, improve, and maintain product features based on defined requirements.
• Help move existing products toward production-ready quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with the team while working independently on assigned tasks.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code) as part of the development workflow.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions when needed.

Must-Have Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in Full-Stack Software Development
• Good English communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical decisions
• At least 3 years of experience developing applications using JavaScript/TypeScript
• At least 3 years of experience developing back-end applications using Node.js
• At least 3 years of experience developing front-end applications using React and Next.js
• Experience working within existing production codebases (Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
• Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and maintaining production applications (Browser DevTools, Node.js Debugger)
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.)

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Experience improving existing production applications rather than only greenfield projects
• Experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
• Experience participating in code reviews and technical discussions
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

🕒 Work Schedule: 3 PM - 11 PM Philippine time

🚀 Engagement: Part-time engagement (at least 20 hours per week), with the potential to transition to a full-time role.
