What we do and what our team looks like 

Our team focuses on the use of artificial intelligence and automation to improve processes in the company. This may mean developing a new application or modifying existing ones to automate the processes such as claims, underwriting or servicing. We collaborate with other teams across the NN Group to achieve the best possible results. We plan biweekly cycles and try to synchronize with each other every other day and talk about what we are working on and how we can help each other. We have study materials at our disposal, and we also actively support the study and application of innovative technologies. 

Who are we looking for to join our team? 

We are looking for a person with a passion for full-stack development, who will ideally have experience with C#, .NET and React. The goal of the team is to automate first the full claims process, other processes later. For the pre-processing part we are looking for a new team member that can implement the automation steps in our applications. You will be part of the AI team and will closely collaborate with the business to discuss the requirements. 

What knowledge do we expect from you? 

• Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC and React development 

• Knowledge of working with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL, Entity Framework) 

• Welcome experience with Azure, CI/CD, and Git 

• Teamwork, good communication skills, ability to orient oneself in foreign code 

• Communication knowledge of English
