Full Stack, Backend Java Developer

Youtap Limited is a global fintech and software company delivering white-label digital banking, payments, wallet, and merchant commerce platforms for financial institutions, enterprises, and merchants. Working at the intersection of finance and technology, the company builds scalable products that help clients launch and grow modern digital commerce and banking experiences.

In this role, you will help shape the backend foundations behind business-critical platforms used across digital payments and financial services. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact products, work across the full development lifecycle, and partner closely with engineering, product, and quality teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs for frontend and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and QA teams to deliver new features.
• Optimize database queries and application performance for high-traffic systems.
• Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience building and working with REST APIs, SQL databases, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with React, Flutter, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with AWS or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
• Strong understanding of performance tuning and writing clean, testable code, with experience reviewing pull requests.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, QA teams, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Eligibility to work in Thailand.
• Experience in fintech, digital banking, payments, or merchant commerce is a plus.
