Job description

The Finance & Admin Business Analyst is essential to the ongoing profitable operations for one of the most globally recognized and respected companies in the world. By overseeing our financial activities, you will enable IBM to continue to bring to market ground-breaking innovations such as Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure, and Blockchain technologies, to name a few.

- Responsible for collecting monthly and annual union dues;

- Analysis and input into the system of new contributions related to the category's CCT;

- Monitoring Collective Bargaining Agreements and, after validation, registering adjustments in the system when necessary;

- Ensuring that union payment slips are entered in the financial system;

- Complying with the monthly closing schedule;

- Consulting and following up with the union on the slips made available for payment;

- Making the necessary reports on union queries arising from union debts.

- Having worked in the high-volume payroll process

- Higher education in law, management or accounting;

- Experience in high-volume payroll processing;

- Knowledge of labor and social security legislation;

- Knowledge of the following systems: FPW LG Folha, Peoplesoft and SAP;

- Office package, including advanced Excel and Power Point.
