This professional will be in charge for the E2E Quote to Cash process (pre-post sales) for TSS US, that contains activities such as but not limited to:    
- Handling high complex deals;    Bid Support to sellers;
- Proposal preparation;    Contract and FOP validation;
- Disputes resolution & Inventory management.    
This professional will have contact with several areas inside IBM as sales, pricing, credit, legal, finance, accounting and others areas to guarantee completeness in the process.
- Needs to perform and support advanced customer service activities, including problem investigation, propose resolution and client engagement.

- knowledge in support of TSS US    
- Experience in the US TSS Q2C
- Operations and tools- Agile methodology experience
- Strong commitment to operational
- Excellence Organizational skills    
- High collaborative spirit and Teamwork    
- Comfortable with short deadlines in a high-pressure environment    
- Commitment to innovation and continuous process improvement    
- English Fluency (verbal and written)    
- Microsoft Excel skills
