Job description

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Fuel Scheduler based in Braeside. You’ll be responsible for coordinating all customer fuel-related requirements to ensure optimal service delivery.

What you’ll do as Fuel Scheduler:

  • Report to the Fuel Desk Lead within the Customer Experience department

  • Manage customer refueling needs, calculate fuel usage, monitor fuel levels, schedule refuels, and respond to fuel alerts

  • Coordinate fueling on delivery of hire equipment to clients, and fuel drainage prior to collection

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (such as labor, equipment, transport schedulers, and customer service reps) for optimized activity planning, route planning for Aggreko owned fuel tanks and any variations or issues with current schedules

  • Liaise with external fuel suppliers to ensure timely and efficient fuel deliveries and collections

  • Plan and coordinate fuel activities and manage fuel vendors with a strong focus on safety

  • Handle purchase orders and administrative tasks related to fuel and ensure fuel charges are accurately recharged to customers

You are / have:

  • Ideally have a minimum of approx 3 years experience in a scheduling position (workforce planning, transport, equipment, labour etc)

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    Demonstrated customer focus with a problem solving mindset

  • Experience in fuel supply operations would be highly regarded but is not required – we are open to industry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft and ERP system
