Role Mission

As part of the Grifols EvanzCare organization, you will ensure the highest quality technical service and support for our distributors, both on‑site and remotely.

What your responsibilities will be

• You will respond to distributor inquiries, perform installations, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and provide ongoing technical support at customer facilities and remotely. • You will document all service activities in the CRM system and ensure full compliance with Grifols EvanzCare procedures and protocols. • You will escalate technical needs when required, collaborating closely with internal Grifols teams to ensure rapid issue resolution. • You will contribute to projects related to product performance, process improvement, and cross‑functional development. • You will continue developing your skills in communication, presentation, and project management. • You will demonstrate and support Grifols Values & Behaviors in all interactions.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and abilities required.

• Skills: strong technical troubleshooting, customer service orientation, clear communication, autonomy, ability to work on‑site and remotely, CRM documentation discipline. • Qualifications: experience in field service, medical devices, diagnostics, or technical support in a healthcare environment. • Education: technical or engineering degree (biomedical, electronics, IT, or related fields).
