Job description

A pioneering Custom Tokenization-As-A-Service platform focused on Real-World Assets (RWA) is expanding its engineering team. Backed by strong angel investors and preparing for institutional funding, we partner with licensed exchanges and target Fortune 500 enterprises, AI data centers, and specialized sectors to bring enhanced liquidity and efficiency through tokenization.

We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer to build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for our decentralized RWA management platform. You will play a key role in delivering seamless experiences across web and mobile applications, with deep integration into Web3 ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces for our core products, including the Decentralized RWA Data System (DRDS), tokenization dashboard, and DeFi asset management platform.
  • Implement both web (React/Vue/Next.js) and cross-platform mobile (React Native/Flutter) applications, ensuring consistent UX across devices.
  • Integrate Web3 functionalities such as wallet connections (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect), smart contract interactions (via ethers.js/web3.js), on-chain data querying (The Graph, Subgraphs), and transaction signing/monitoring.
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers, smart contract developers, and product managers to translate requirements into polished, performant UIs.
  • Optimize application performance, accessibility, and security (e.g., handling private keys safely, preventing phishing vectors).
  • Contribute to UI/UX improvements based on user feedback from enterprise clients, community, and internal testing.
  • Ensure interfaces support multilingual needs (primarily Chinese, with English fallback).
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional frontend development experience within blockchain and related industries.
  • Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks: React.js (with hooks, context, Redux/toolkit) for web; React Native or Flutter for mobile.
  • Proven experience building applications with Web3 integrations (e.g., dApp frontends, DeFi protocols, NFT marketplaces, or RWA platforms).
  • Solid understanding of blockchain concepts: wallets, transactions, EVM-compatible chains, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, etc.), and decentralized identity.
  • Experience with Web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js, viem, wagmi) and tools like Alchemy/Infura, The Graph, or IPFS.
  • Familiarity with responsive design, state management, performance optimization, and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in DeFi or RWA projects (e.g., tokenization platforms, lending/borrowing protocols, yield aggregators).
  • Knowledge of traditional finance concepts and how they bridge to DeFi (advantageous for enterprise-focused features).
  • Proficiency in building data-heavy dashboards (charts, real-time updates via WebSockets).
  • Contribution to open-source Web3 projects or active participation in DeFi communities is a plus.

Language Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese (primary working language).
  • Good command of English (reading/writing technical documentation; speaking is a plus).
