Frontend Architect for XTEL

SELECT* is a professional team of recruiting specialists who are searching for talents in Ukraine, Europe, and the USA. Currently, we are looking for a Frontend Architect for XTEL.

As a Frontend Architect, you will be responsible for defining and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing frontend architectures for our SaaS solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and ensure the delivery of exceptional user experiences. This is an opportunity to shape the technical direction of our frontend systems and make a significant impact on the future of our products.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and modular frontend architectures using modern frameworks like React and TypeScript.  
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend architects to ensure seamless integration and user-centric solutions.  
• Lead the development and adoption of best practices, coding standards, and design patterns across frontend teams.  
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve development efficiency and product quality.  
• Ensure frontend applications are secure, performant, and optimized for scalability.  
• Mentor and guide frontend developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.  
• Define and maintain technical documentation related to frontend architecture.  

Qualifications:  

• 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 3 years in an architectural or leadership role.  
• Expertise in modern frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).  
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization, security best practices, and responsive design.  
• Experience with build tools and workflows like Webpack, Babel, and CI/CD pipelines.  
• Proven experience transitioning monolithic applications into microservices-based architectures.  
• Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures and component libraries.  
• Proven ability to design frontend systems that are scalable, maintainable, and extensible.  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.  
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.  
• Experience with legacy system modernization and migration.  
• Proficient in English.

Nice to Have:  

• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).  
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).  
• Familiarity with the FMCG or retail industry.
