We are currently seeking a Front Office Manager to join our Park Inn by Radisson Riga Valdemara Hotel vibrant team. At Radisson Hotel Group, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

  • You will manage our front office team and lead by example, ensuring all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level
  • You will exude patience, empathy and have the personality to host the show, whilst managing budgets and inventory
  • As an integral part of the management team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department
  • Oversee all daily Front Office operations
  • Ensure smooth and efficient guest journeys aligned with brand standards
  • Maintain exceptional service delivery across every guest touchpoint
  • Ensure operational readiness, continuous process improvement, and adherence to established Front Office procedures and service standards
  • Handle guest feedback, service recovery, and complaints professionally to ensure complete guest satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing Front Office team
  • Lead departmental meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
  • Support employee engagement, succession planning, and continuous learning initiatives
  • Monitor Front Office performance against operational and guest satisfaction KPIs
  • Drive up selling opportunities, room revenue optimization, and loyalty program enrolments
  • Collaborate closely with Reservations, Revenue Management, Sales, Finance, and other operational departments
  • Ensure effective workforce planning, scheduling, and productivity management
  • Ensure accurate and efficient use of the Property Management System (PMS) and Front Office technologies (knowledge of EMMA will be considered as advantage)
  • Maintain compliance with Radisson Hotel Group brand standards, hotel policies, and operational procedures
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations, health & safety requirements, and security standards
  • Support internal audits, quality assurance initiatives, and continuous operational improvements

 

  • 3 – 4 + years of progressive Front Office experience, including leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of Front Office operations, guest experience, and guests service standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a guest-first mindset
  • Experience with PMS systems and operational reporting (e.g. EMMA)
  • Hospitality Management degree or relevant qualification preferred
  • Proven supervisory or management experience with demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate team members
  • Fluency in English and Latvian
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in budget management, financial analysis, and cost control
  • Professional presentation and unwavering commitment to high standards of conduct and ethical behavior
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret operational data and implement data-driven improvements
  • Understanding of check-in/check-out procedures, reservation management, and guest billing.
  • Flexibility to handle unexpected situations and changing priorities.
