• Welcome and assist patients with genuine warmth and professionalism.
• Handle registration, appointments, and administrative procedures efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about doctors, schedules, and hospital services.
• Coordinate with medical and insurance teams to ensure smooth patient flow.

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration, Communication, or related field.
• 1+ year experience in front office, hospitality, or healthcare.
• Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken.
• Presentable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Willing to work on a shift schedule.
