Acme’s Creative Services team is seeking a Flash Developer who will be an exceptional addition to our team.The Creative Services team connects the dots between Hollywood, Madison Avenue, Silicon Valley, MoMA, and Millions of Acme viewers. We're changing the face of digital media, and we want you to help us make it look really, really good.

As a developer on the Acme Creative Services team, you will work with producers, designers, campaign managers, video editors, and client partners to conceptualize and execute our client’s advertising campaigns as well as our own branding campaigns. In this role, you will incorporate features such as video, audio, tracking and animations into client creative. You will consult with internal and external clients about technical questions that pertain to digital campaigns and envision solutions to problems that will delight clients and users alike. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop, maintain and enhance client campaigns and creative projects with a focus on front end development utilizing HTML5/CSS3 (and, in some cases Flash, including some Actionscript 3)
• Work closely with producers and designers to brainstorm, collaborate on technical wireframes, and develop innovative ad products
• Must be able to front-end code across all device experiences, from web, to mobile, to living room devices (e.g., Xbox, Playstation, smart TV’s, etc.)
• Utilize strong interpersonal skills in working with internal and external teams
• A passion for new and upcoming trends and opportunities
• Consistent ability to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations

WHAT TO BRING

• BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record
• A passion for interactive advertising with exceptional creativity
• 2-5 years experience in online flash production and rich media ad production
• Comfortable diving into & debugging large code bases
• Exceptional skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and XML
• Experience in Flash Design and Programming  
• Exceptional communication skills collaborating with disparate teams
• Passion for creative problem-solving and a cool demeanor under fire
• Knowledge of Web Services and Ruby, Python, and/or other Object Oriented programming languages is highly desirable
• Independent, energetic, highly technical, and capable of driving results under pressure and ambiguity
• Must feel comfortable and confident leading discussions
• Ability to take criticism and give thoughtful feedback.
