Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the accurate, courteous and efficient luggage handling for hotel guests. Establish a sincere warm impression to guests when they arrive and depart

• Conduct duties in the assigned Place of Work and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with MGM Standard Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction

• Ensure to have first-hand knowledge on what’s happening in town, and provide accurate and update information to any inquiry from guest or visitor in order to anticipate their needs

• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient assistance when handling guest request under any circumstance

Job Requirements:

• Male Only

• Bachelor degree or above

• 1 year or above customer service experience

• Previous experience as model or greeter would be an advantage

• Good communications skills

• Good grooming and presentable

• Fluent in English / Mandarin, proficient in other languages such as Korean, Thai would be an advantage
