HOURLY RATE: Competitive base hourly pay starting at $21.00, and up to $23.00, based upon experience.

Your Role as Front Desk Supervisor
As the Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front desk—leading a team of front desk associates, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and acting as the Manager on Duty when scheduled. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, polished, and guest-first environment that keeps travelers coming back.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the front desk team to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Supervise check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and guest interactions
  • Interview, hire, train, and mentor front desk team members
  • Manage team schedules and approve time records
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally
  • Perform administrative and operational duties, including reports, records, and shift checklists
  • Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards, policies, and safety protocols
  • Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling overall hotel operations
  • Participate in revenue management efforts to optimize occupancy and room rates
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
  • Support special events, group bookings, and meeting room setups
  • Perform additional tasks or support other departments as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Required: Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience required
  • Required: Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Required: High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Dependable, organized, and highly motivated
