As a Front Desk Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly.
  • Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer information.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent guest experiences.
  • Handle administrative tasks, scheduling, and general office support.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
