  • Monitor national frequency allocation tables and ITU Radio Regulations for relevant spectrum changes

  • Identify unlicensed, licensed, and restricted bands applicable to our product portfolio

  • Assess spectrum availability for new product development and inform design decisions early in the early product developmnet phases

Regulatory Licensing & Approvals

  • Manage the full lifecycle of frequency permits — application, approval, renewal, and amendment

  • Request special frequency allocations for defense, government, and commercial use cases

  • Maintain a registry of all active licenses, their validity periods, and renewal schedules

Product Certification

  • Working knowledge of local, regional, and ITU Radio Regulations and national frequency allocation frameworks

  • Experience interacting with at least one national telecommunication regulatory body

  • Understanding of radio system technical parameters: EIRP, frequency tolerance, emission designators, spurious emissions

  • Ability to read and interpret RF technical documentation and product datasheets

  • B2 or higher: Strong written communication skills — regulatory submissions require precision
