Our client – one of the Big Four technology companies – specializes in internet-related services and products and is now looking for talents with French & English skills.

Our team consults businesses to manage their online presence across the world’s most famous search engine as Interaction Experts for Online Services. Hence, our team consults businesses to enhance their reputation and get insights on how customers search for them.

What your responsibilities will be:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail in French
• Provide assistance to businesses, improving their online appearance
• Troubleshoot login problems or other technical issues
• Assist businesses in doing necessary changes on their profile
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand

Requirements

• Native/Near native French
• Fluency in English
• Basic Technical skills

• Good communication skills
