Functions:

• As part of our Global Operations Platform, you will be charged with finding the most interesting candidates using the most advanced e-sourcing techniques and advanced artificial intelligence tools.

• Furthermore you will be an active part of our innovation hub aimed at constantly identifying new global recruitment sources by position, function, industry and market. Keep partners apprised of and involved in status to project leads and team members, coordinating work cross-functionally and influencing peers, managers or Business Entrepreneurs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment /direct search of at least 1 year.

• University Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics or similar. MBA would be an asset.

• Excellent level of English & French is a must, other languages highly valued.

• Effective people management skills.

• Dynamic, proactive professional, result delivery focused, team worker with energy and driven to provide superb levels of service.

Location : Viman Nagar, Pune

Working Days : Monday- Friday

Timings : 9am – 6 pm
